Science and doctors today are pretty amazing! Did you know doctors can actually replace some body parts? They can give us new organs (like hearts and kidneys), replace parts of our bones with metal, and even give people their sight or hearing back. Pretty incredible, right? But even with all this amazing medical technology, there’s one thing no doctor can fix—eventually, our bodies get old and wear out.

But here’s some incredible news for Christians: When we get to heaven, we’re going to receive brand new bodies that are absolutely perfect! These resurrection bodies won’t be like our earthly bodies that get tired, sick, or hurt. This is how amazing they’ll be:

• They’ll NEVER get old or wear out
• They’ll NEVER get sick or catch diseases
• They’ll NEVER feel pain
• They’ll NEVER have disabilities or limitations
• They’ll be designed to last forever!

Your new body will be indestructible! It won’t be damaged by accidents, aging, or anything else. From the moment you receive it, it will stay perfect for all eternity!

Take Action: We know some incredible things about what our bodies will be like in heaven. But the Bible doesn’t tell us exactly what our bodies will look like. Draw and color a picture of how you imagine you might look in heaven. Remember, you won’t ever get old, you’ll never get sick or hurt, you won’t need glasses to see, or have allergies. You will live forever!
