Fall Is Awesome
To everything there is a season, a time for every purpose under heaven. Ecclesiastes 3:1
Crunchy leaves. Pumpkins on every porch. Apple cider. Football games. For many people, October = Fall.
Depending on where you live, fall might mean giant piles of red and orange leaves to jump in. Or it might just mean it’s a tiny bit less hot outside. Either way, the seasons are changing, and that was God’s idea. After the flood, God made a promise to Noah that as long as the earth is around, there will always be planting time and harvest time, cold and heat, winter and summer (Genesis 8:22). Every time the leaves change color, God is keeping that promise.
Your life has seasons too. Right now, you’re in a growing season. You’re learning new things at school, getting taller, figuring out who your friends are, and learning what it means to follow Jesus. Growing seasons aren’t always easy. But they’re important. And God is right there in every single one of them.
The more seasons you go through with God, the more you’ll see how good He is. And the more you’ll love Him.
Take Action: Go on a “God’s Fall Hunt” this weekend. Head outside with a grown-up and find five beautiful things God made. It could be a colorful leaf, a funny-shaped cloud, a squirrel, a sunset, or anything else. For each one you find, stop and say, “Thank You, God, for making that!”

PARTNER WITH us

As a father, grandfather, and great-grandfather, the importance of family has always been a core value in my life. I have been a pastor for decades, watching families grow and generation after generation come up in faith. That is why Bible Strong Kids is so important to me. What better legacy to leave for our children and grandchildren than to raise them up in faith, strengthening them for the journey ahead all the way into adulthood?
I hope you will join us in this endeavor to create the next generation of Bible Strong Kids—children who know their worth in God’s eyes and are equipped to shine His light in an increasingly dark world.
